1Samuel 15

What 1 Samuel 15 mean to the people at Family First Ministries COGIC:

Saul was king he was disobedient.  He was told to kill all but because he refused he was cut from king.

Obey the Lord even if it doesnt make sense of God tell you something do it without hesitation.

When we do what is contrary to God will say he regret...

Saul got bigheaded when he got power. Not realizing the consequences of his action.

Saul was more concern about how others saw him.

Saul thought he could obey minimum...but God wants complete obedience...partial obedience is disobedient

Saul had followers by him not obeying he led others astray.

Saul exposed a nation to foolishness.

God gave Saul a task, instruction he didnt follow...Samuel let him know you didnt do what God wanted him to do...God expect us to follow his commandment... we question the path that he lays before us... when you dont follow Gods commandment He will give your blessing to someone else...His plan will be fulfill with or without you. Doing what we suppose to do we will be blessed. Doing contrary we will lose out on our blessing.

This was not the 1st time Saul disobeyed God.
God had to do what he had to even if it ment using someone else.

Samuel corrected Saul yet Saul replied in defense with lies.
